Staff
Our staff consists of both high school and college students. They prioritize academics in addition to service and compassion for others, making them both dedicated workers and excellent role models. Many of our staff have won prestigious awards in science and mathematics across the United States and the state of North Carolina.
Isaac Lund
Founder; President; Executive Director
Isaac is a first-year student at Harvard University. In high school, he worked as a research collaborator at UNC Chapel Hill and has won over 20 medals in Science Olympiad. In his free time, he loves to cook and run.
Joey Milazzo
Co-Founder; Vice President; Director of Operations and Communications
Joey is a first-year student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Honors College. In high school, he ran varsity cross country and track, and received high academic honors throughout his time at Cardinal Gibbons. He enjoys working with students and organizations in the community, and he loves to play soccer and read in his free time.
Arnav Sareen
Director of Technology
Arnav is a first-year Levine Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He previously attended Raleigh Charter high school and the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics’s online program. While in high school, he co-founded the Computer Science Club at Raleigh Charter and worked to hold RCHS Key Club and Service Beakers events. Along with programming and designing the Service Beakers website, he loves watching football in his free time.

Varun Kute
Director of Finance and Accounting
Varun is a senior at Green Hope High School where he is on the boards of Math Club, Investing Club, Accounting Club, and FBLA (where he placed nationally). He is also a member of the HOSA, Science Bowl, and Science Olympiad teams and has represented the school nationally. In his free time he likes to play sports with his friends and listen to music.
Leo Yang
Programs Associate
Leo is a senior at Green Hope High School, where he runs Biology Olympiad Club and is part of the Science Olympiad and Science Bowl teams. He is an avid Mathlete qualifying for the AIME 4 times, and is also passionate about other STEM disciplines qualifying for the NAC 3 times. He is a LIVE Instructor at Daily Challenge with Po-Shen Loh. In his free time, he loves to play chess, cube, and serve others.
